TLE3 Activators

The chemical class of TLE3 Activators comprises agents that affect cellular pathways in which TLE3 is a player. Retinoic Acid, for instance, acts by activating retinoic acid receptors that affect gene transcription, diminishing TLE3's co-repressive functions. Dexamethasone is another compound affecting gene transcription but operates through the glucocorticoid receptor.
