POMT2 Activators

POMT2 activators are a category of compounds that focus on modulating the activity of Protein O-Mannosyltransferase 2 (POMT2), an enzyme that plays a pivotal role in the post-translational modification of proteins through O-mannosylation. This modification is essential for the proper function of a subset of proteins, particularly those involved in cellular structure and signaling.
