NET-6 Activators

NET-6 Activators comprise a diverse set of chemical compounds that indirectly increase the functional activity of NET-6 through various signaling pathways. For instance, compounds such as Forskolin and Isoproterenol exert their effects by raising cAMP levels, which in turn activate PKA, a kinase that can phosphorylate and thus enhance the functional role of NET-6 in cellular signaling. Similarly, IBMX, which inhibits the degradation of cAMP, maintains PKA activation level and indirectly sustains NET-6 activity. PMA, as a PKC activator, and calcium ionophores like Ionomycin and A23187, influence NET-6 by modulating the phosphorylation status of proteins within NET-6's signaling network, thereby indirectly promoting its functional activity.
