Chemical activators of LOC100129361 include a range of compounds that influence different cellular pathways leading to the activation of this protein. Dibutyryl-cAMP, a cell-permeable cAMP analog, directly activates protein kinase A (PKA). Once activated, PKA can phosphorylate LOC100129361, which is a crucial step in the activation process of this protein.
