INO80E Activators

The INO80E activators are a group of chemicals with diverse biochemical properties that can indirectly enhance the functional activity of the INO80E protein. These chemicals exert their effects by influencing various signaling pathways or biological processes that the INO80E protein is involved in. For instance, Staurosporine affects multiple pathways including the DNA damage response pathway. Given that INO80E is a part of the INO80 chromatin remodeling complex which is essential for this pathway, staurosporine can indirectly activate INO80E. Similarly, Thapsigargin increases cytosolic calcium, thereby influencing calcium-mediated signaling pathways that can indirectly activate INO80E.

Moreover, Roscovitine can halt cell cycle progression, increasing the requirement for INO80E activity in DNA repair and replication. On the other hand, Etoposide induces double-strand breaks in DNA, indirectly leading to enhanced functional activity of INO80E in the DNA repair pathway.
