INO80E Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects INO80E protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). INO80E Antibody (B-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. INO80E protein, also known as CCDC95, is a crucial component of the INO80 chromatin-remodeling complex, which plays a significant role in regulating chromatin structure and function. This complex is essential for various nuclear processes, including transcription, DNA repair, and DNA replication, highlighting INO80E′s importance in maintaining genomic stability and proper gene expression. The INO80 complex is evolutionarily conserved from yeast to humans and is characterized by a unique split ATPase domain in its core ATPase subunit, which is vital for ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling activity. By altering the accessibility of DNA within chromatin, INO80E protein facilitates the dynamic regulation of gene expression and cellular responses to DNA damage, making INO80E a key player in cellular homeostasis and response to environmental stressors.
