CD137 Inhibitors

CD137 inhibitors can be broadly applied to agents that influence the signaling and effects mediated by CD137, a costimulatory molecule expressed predominantly on activated T cells. While the above list doesn't include chemicals that directly bind to and inhibit CD137, they can impede the downstream or associated pathways and processes induced by CD137 activation. For example, Cyclosporine inhibits calcineurin, a pivotal enzyme in T-cell activation.
