Bcl-rambo Inhibitors are a class of compounds that can directly or indirectly decrease the functional activity of Bcl-rambo. Furthermore, Bcl-rambo inhibitors like Obatoclax and Sabutoclax are pan-Bcl-2inhibitors. These compounds bind to multiple Bcl-2 family proteins, including Bcl-rambo, and inhibit their anti-apoptotic activities, leading to the functional inhibition of Bcl-rambo. Other compounds such as TW-37 and HA14-1 work as small molecule inhibitors of Bcl-2 proteins. Their binding to these proteins inhibits the anti-apoptotic activities, indirectly leading to the functional inhibition of Bcl-rambo. Additionally, A-1210477 and S63845 are selective inhibitors of Mcl-1, another member of the Bcl-2 family. Their action can indirectly lead to the functional inhibition of Bcl-rambo, given the complex interplay between the different Bcl-2 family proteins.
