    SEE ALSO...

ZNF784 Antibody (B-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF784 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF784 Antibody (B-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF784, consisting of 323 amino acids, is a member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and features six C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are critical for DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. Located primarily in the nucleus, ZNF784 plays a significant role in modulating gene expression, essential for various cellular processes, including development and differentiation. ZNF784 is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 19q13.42, and interaction with other proteins, such as KAP1, suggests recruitment of histone-modifying enzymes to regulate chromatin structure and gene accessibility. This regulatory mechanism maintains proper cellular function and responds to environmental signals, making ZNF784 an important target for research in gene regulation and potential therapeutic applications.
