ZNF193 Antibody (G-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects ZNF193 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF193, also known as cell proliferation-inducing gene 12 protein, PRD51, or ZSCAN9, is a 394 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation, making ZNF193 essential for various cellular processes, including cell growth and differentiation. As a member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF193 features one SCAN box domain and five C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are critical for DNA binding and gene expression regulation.
