    SEE ALSO...

ZNF193 Antibody (F-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF193 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF193 Antibody (F-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF193, also known as cell proliferation-inducing gene 12 protein, PRD51, or ZSCAN9, is a 394 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation. As a member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF193 features one SCAN box domain and five C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are essential for DNA binding and gene expression modulation. The presence of these zinc-finger motifs allows ZNF193 to interact with specific DNA sequences, thereby influencing the transcription of target genes involved in cell proliferation and differentiation. The gene encoding ZNF193 is located on human chromosome 6p22.1, and its proper function is vital for maintaining normal cellular processes, making ZNF193 an important target for research in cancer and developmental biology.
