VEGFR2 Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody specifically designed to detect Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 (VEGFR2), also known as KDR in humans and Flk-1 in mice. VEGFR2 monoclonal antibody (F-10) recognizes an epitope located between amino acids 1292-1321 at the C-terminus of human VEGFR2, across multiple species including mouse, rat, human, equine, canine, bovine, and porcine. VEGFR2 is a critical receptor tyrosine kinase situated on the cell membrane of endothelial cells, where VEGFR2 plays a pivotal role in angiogenesis by binding to VEGF ligands. Structurally, VEGFR2 comprises an extracellular domain with seven immunoglobulin-like motifs, a single transmembrane helix, and an intracellular tyrosine kinase domain, which collectively facilitate the initiation of downstream signaling pathways that regulate endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and survival. The integrity of VEGFR2′s structure is essential for its function in both normal physiological processes such as embryonic development and wound healing, as well as in pathological conditions like cancer, where angiogenesis contributes to tumor growth and metastasis. anti-VEGFR2 antibody (F-10) is versatile in its applications, making VEGFR2 (F-10) antibody suitable for western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), thereby supporting a wide range of research and diagnostic studies. VEGFR2 (F-10) monoclonal antibody is available in both non-conjugated forms and with multiple conjugates, including horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and Alexa Fluor® variants, providing flexibility to meet diverse experimental needs.

do you have a photo of a WB and of IHC from human placenta?

Thank you for your question. We do have published Western blot data in human placenta tissue extract on our website. We do not have IHC data in human placenta, but we do have IHC data in human esophagus tissue.
