SEE ALSO...

UBQLN3 Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects UBQLN3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-UBQLN3 antibody (G-9) is available in non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. UBQLN3, also known as Ubiquilin-3, is a 654 amino acid protein characterized by an N-terminal ubiquitin-like domain and a C-terminal ubiquitin-associated domain, which play crucial roles in protein degradation and cellular regulation. UBQLN3 is primarily expressed in the testis, where UBQLN3 interacts with testis-specific cyclin A1 and cyclin A to regulate the cell cycle during spermatogenesis, highlighting its importance in reproductive biology. UBQLN3 belongs to a family of proteins that includes PLIC-1 (Ubiquilin-1), which also contributes to cell cycle regulation, underscoring the significance of ubiquitin-like proteins in maintaining cellular homeostasis and function.
