    UBQLN3 Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects UBQLN3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). UBQLN3 Antibody (B-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. UBQLN3, also known as Ubiquilin-3, is a 654 amino acid protein characterized by one N-terminal ubiquitin-like domain and one C-terminal ubiquitin-associated domain. UBQLN3 functions to facilitate the degradation of misfolded and damaged proteins, which is crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing the accumulation of potentially toxic proteins. UBQLN3 is predominantly expressed in the testis, where UBQLN3 interacts with testis-specific cyclin A1 and/or cyclin A, playing a significant role in regulating the cell cycle during spermatogenesis. This interaction highlights UBQLN3′s importance not only in protein quality control but also in reproductive biology, as proper cell cycle regulation is essential for successful spermatogenesis.

    We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
