    SEE ALSO...

TMEM209 Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TMEM209 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TMEM209 (F-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TMEM209 protein, consisting of 561 amino acids, plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in protein trafficking and membrane dynamics regulation. This function maintains cellular homeostasis and ensures proper protein localization within cells, essential for cellular signaling and function. The gene encoding TMEM209 is located on human chromosome 7, approximately 158 million bases long, with associations to various genetic disorders, including Osteogenesis imperfecta and Shwachman-Diamond syndrome. TMEM209 (F-5) antibody serves as a valuable tool for researchers studying protein interactions and cellular mechanisms in health and disease.
