SUDD Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SUDD protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SUDD (B-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SUDD protein, also known as RIOK3 (RIO kinase 3), plays a crucial role in cellular signaling as a serine/threonine protein kinase, which is essential for phosphorylation of target proteins. This phosphorylation is vital for regulating numerous cellular processes, including cell division, apoptosis, and maintaining cellular homeostasis. SUDD is composed of 519 amino acids and features a protein kinase domain, allowing ATP-dependent phosphorylation reactions.
