    SNF2L Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SNF2L of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNF2L Antibody (H-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNF2L, also known as SMARCA1 (SWI/SNF related, matrix associated, actin dependent regulator of chromatin, subfamily a, member 1), is a crucial 1,054 amino acid protein that resides in the nucleus and plays a vital role in chromatin remodeling. SNF2L contains one helicase C-terminal domain, one helicase ATP-binding domain, and two SANT domains, which are essential for function in the nucleosome-remodeling factor (NURF) complex. This complex is responsible for ATP-dependent alteration of chromatin structure, facilitating access to DNA for transcription and repair processes. SNF2L plays a key role in brain development and neurite outgrowth, highlighting its significance in cellular differentiation and development. The gene encoding SNF2L is located on human chromosome X, which encompasses nearly 153 million base pairs and contains over 1,000 genes, underscoring the importance of this protein in various biological processes.
