SNAI1 Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to recognize SNAI1, also known as Snail family transcriptional repressor 1 or SNAIL. SNAI1 monoclonal antibody (G-7) targets an epitope mapped between amino acids 113-139 within an internal region of the human SNAI1 protein, ensuring reliable detection across mouse, rat, and human species. SNAI1 is a crucial zinc-finger transcription factor that plays a significant role in regulating gene expression, particularly in processes such as epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), which is essential for embryonic development, wound healing, and cancer metastasis.
