SH-PTP1 Antibody (D-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects SH-PTP1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SH-PTP1, also known as PTP1C, HCP, and SHP, plays a crucial role in regulating protein tyrosyl phosphorylation within cells, a process vital for numerous cellular functions such as growth, differentiation, and metabolism. This non-transmembrane protein is predominantly expressed in hematopoietic cells and features two SH2 domains located N-terminal to its phosphatase domain.
