Rsk-4 Antibody (JS-31) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Rsk-4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Rsk-4 antibody (JS-31) is available as a non-conjugated format. Rsk-4, a member of the ribosomal S6 kinase family, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in response to receptor tyrosine kinase activation. One notable aspect of Rsk-4 includes two non-identical kinase catalytic domains, a feature essential for serine/threonine kinase function.
