Rsk-1 Antibody (T12A6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Rsk-1 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Rsk-1, also known as MAPKAP kinase-1, is a crucial serine/threonine kinase that serves as a key signaling intermediate in various cellular responses to ligand-activated receptor tyrosine kinases. Rsk-1 features two non-identical complete kinase catalytic domains, allowing Rsk-1 to integrate multiple signaling pathways effectively.
