SEE ALSO...

RasGRP3 Antibody (H-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects RasGRP3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RasGRP3 (H-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RasGRP3 functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF), facilitating the activation of Ras and Rap1 proteins, which regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. By promoting GDP to GTP exchange, RasGRP3 connects cell surface receptors to downstream signaling pathways, particularly in prostate cancer where RasGRP3 enhances ELK1 activation, a transcription factor involved in cell growth and survival. RasGRP3 shows predominant expression in heart, brain, lung, and kidney tissues, with moderate levels in liver, skeletal muscle, pancreas, spleen, testis, and ovary, highlighting RasGRP3′s significance in various physiological processes. RasGRP3′s role in Ras activity modulation makes this protein a promising therapeutic target in diseases with dysregulated Ras signaling.
