PTPψ Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PTPψ protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PTPψ Antibody (E-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PTPψ protein, also known as PTPRU, FMI, PCP-2, PTP-J, PTPRO, PTP-PI, PTPPSI, or GLEPP1, is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways. PTPψ is localized to adherens junctions, where PTPψ interacts with β-catenin, a key regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway.
