Prolactin Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Prolactin in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Prolactin, a 226 amino acid protein, is primarily secreted by the anterior pituitary gland and plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including lactation, reproduction, and immune regulation.
