Anti-progesterone receptor antibody (F-4) is raised against amino acids 375-564 of the human progesterone receptor, targeting a region that encompasses several post-translational modification sites, such as phosphorylation and ubiquitination sites, essential for receptor regulation, stability, and protein interactions.
