PP2Cα Antibody (7F12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PP2Cα in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PP2Cα (7F12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Protein phosphatase 2Cα (PP2Cα) plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by regulating the phosphorylation state of serine and threonine residues on target proteins, which is vital for maintaining cellular functions such as division, homeostasis, and apoptosis.
