SEE ALSO...

Pol II RPB6 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Pol II RPB6 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Pol II RPB6 antibody (E-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Pol II RPB6 protein is a critical component of RNA polymerase II, which is essential for the transcription of protein-coding genes. Pol II RPB6 plays a vital role in the assembly of the transcription machinery at the promoter, facilitating the recruitment of transcription factors and chromatin remodeling complexes necessary for gene expression. Pol II RPB6 subunit is integral to the stability and functionality of the RNA polymerase II complex, as Pol II RPB6 helps to coordinate the interaction between the polymerase and various transcription factors, ensuring accurate transcription initiation. Understanding Pol II RPB6 function is crucial for elucidating the mechanisms of gene regulation and the overall process of transcription, which is fundamental to cellular function and development.
