PKN Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PKN protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PKN antibody (H-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PKN protein plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in the regulation of actin-based cytoskeletal structures such as stress fibers and focal adhesions, which are essential for maintaining cell shape and facilitating cell movement. PKN is a serine/threonine kinase activated by the small GTPase Rho, and PKN activation is vital for processes like cytokinesis, where PKN phosphorylates neurofilament proteins to influence cytoskeletal dynamics.
