PAQR3 Antibody (A-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects PAQR3 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PAQR3 (A-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PAQR3, also known as progestin and adipoQ receptor family member 3, is a 311 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein localized to the Golgi apparatus membrane, where PAQR3 plays a crucial role in regulating the spatial dynamics of RAF1 kinase. By sequestering RAF1 to the Golgi, PAQR3 serves as a spatial regulator, influencing various signaling pathways that are vital for cellular responses to growth factors and hormones. The PAQR superfamily, which includes receptors such as AdipoR1 and AdipoR2, is known for diverse ligand specificities and functional roles in metabolic regulation, particularly in adiponectin-mediated fatty acid oxidation and glucose uptake. Notably, certain members of the PAQR family have been implicated in non-genomic signaling pathways, suggesting PAQR3 may also contribute to novel mechanisms of action in cellular signaling.
