p300 Antibody (F-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody, also known as KAT3B or EP300 antibody, designed to detect p300 across mouse, rat, and human species using western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p300 functions as a critical transcriptional co-activator and histone acetyltransferase (HAT), playing an essential role in regulating gene expression by modifying chromatin structure, which is crucial for processes such as cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis.
