Is there data showing this antibody is specific to phosphorylated mTOR?

Thank you for your question. We have Western Blot data showing sensitivity to Calyculin A treatment and lambda phosphatase treatment which shows this antibody is specific to phosphorylated mTOR.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work with Licor systemI tried performing WB in HEK293T cells in 1:500 dilution and used anti- M IgG (H&L)-680 (1:10,000). However I did not observe any band. A different secondary antibody may be needed.
