p-EGFR Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects phosphorylated Tyr 1092 of EGFR of human origin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-EGFR monoclonal antibody (F-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) plays a crucial role in cell signaling pathways that regulate cell growth, survival, and differentiation.
