p-ASK 1 Antibody (B-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Ser 83 phosphorylated ASK 1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-p-ASK 1 antibody (B-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ASK 1, also known as MAP3K5, plays a crucial role in cellular stress responses and apoptosis, acting as a key mediator in the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways.
