ASK 1 Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ASK 1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ASK 1 Antibody (F-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ASK 1, also known as MAP3K5, plays a crucial role in cellular stress responses and apoptosis by activating downstream mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase pathways, particularly the JNK and p38 pathways.
