NP60 Antibody (D-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects NP60 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NP60 (D-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NP60, also known as Glyoxylate reductase 1 homolog, 3-hydroxyisobutyrate dehydrogenase-like protein, and Cytokine-like nuclear factor N-PAC, is a crucial 553 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a significant role in regulating the phosphorylation and activation of p38α in response to cellular stress. This regulation is vital as p38 MAP kinases are involved in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cytokine production, and the modulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. NP60 is subject to alternative splicing, resulting in five distinct isoforms, which may have different regulatory roles and functional implications in cellular responses.
