Anti-Notch1 antibody (E-4) targets an epitope near the C-terminus of Notch1, ensuring precise recognition of the Notch1 precursor, mature Notch1, Notch1 NEXT, and Notch1 NICD forms across multiple species, including mouse, rat, human, and equine, in applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
