NMDAζ1 Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects NMDAζ1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-NMDAζ1 antibody (F-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NMDAζ1 plays a crucial role in synaptic plasticity and memory function, acting as a receptor for glutamate, which is essential for excitatory signaling in the brain. NMDAζ1 is primarily located in the postsynaptic membrane of neurons, where NMDAζ1 forms ion channels that allow calcium ion flow into cells upon activation.
