Neutrophil Elastase Antibody (NP57) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to target neutrophil granule proteins of human origin. Neutrophil Elastase monoclonal antibody (NP57) effectively detects human Neutrophil Elastase, also known as ELANE or medullasin, through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP).
