neuropilin-2 Antibody (C-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects neuropilin-2 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). neuropilin-2 Antibody (C-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Neuropilin-2, a type I transmembrane receptor, plays a crucial role in axon growth and guidance, acting as a high-affinity receptor for class III semaphorins and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Neuropilin-2 is particularly important in regulating physiological pathways such as angiogenesis and neural development.
