SEE ALSO...

neuropilin-2 Antibody (C-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects neuropilin-2 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). neuropilin-2 Antibody (C-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Neuropilin-2, a type I transmembrane receptor, plays a crucial role in axon growth and guidance, acting as a high-affinity receptor for class III semaphorins and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Neuropilin-2 is particularly important in regulating physiological pathways such as angiogenesis and neural development. Neuropilin-2 is known to undergo polysialylation, a post-translational modification that enhances interaction with ligands and influences function in cellular signaling. Neuropilin-2 expression on dendritic cells and presence in venous and lymphatic endothelium highlight significance in immune responses and vascular biology. In contrast, neuropilin-1 is predominantly expressed in arterial endothelium, indicating a functional divergence between these proteins in the vascular system.

What is your recommended secondary for this mouse monoclonal antibody?

Asked by: Anna99
We recommend using our Mouse IgG kappa Binding Protein HRP, sc-516102. This is a secondary detection reagent. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety

Rated 5 out of 5 by from that is okNeurofilm proteins are type I transmembrane receptors that are involved in aspects of axonal growth and guidance and have been shown to be high affinity receptors for class III brain signaling proteins and vascular endothelial growth factors.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not working for IF in NRP2b overexpression HEKsThis antibody is not specific in immunofluorescence staining of HEK cells overexpressing flag-tagged NRP2b based on co-staining with anti-flag antibody. It also stains very differently from R&D antibody which works much better for my experiments. Fortunately, I got this antibody as a sample.
