MRP1 Antibody (QCRL-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the MRP1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). MRP1 Antibody (QCRL-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The MRP1 protein, also known as Multidrug Resistance-Associated Protein 1, plays a crucial role in cellular detoxification and the efflux of a wide range of substrates, including drugs and endogenous compounds, thereby contributing to multidrug resistance in cancer cells.
