    SEE ALSO...

MOBKL2A Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MOBKL2A in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MOBKL2A antibody (H-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MOBKL2A, also known as Mps one binder kinase activator-like 2A or MOB-LAK, is a 217 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in regulating kinase activity, which is essential for various cellular processes, including cell division, growth, and signaling pathways. MOBKL2A belongs to the MOB1/phocein family and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 19, a region known for its high gene density and involvement in several genetic disorders. Proper functioning of MOBKL2A is vital, as dysregulation can lead to aberrant kinase activity, potentially contributing to various diseases, including cancer. Understanding MOBKL2A interactions and regulatory mechanisms can provide insights into cellular signaling roles and implications in health and disease.
