MOBKL2A Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects MOBKL2A protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MOBKL2A (B-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MOBKL2A protein, also known as Mps one binder kinase activator-like 2A or MOB-LAK, is a 217 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in regulating kinase activity, which is essential for various cellular processes, including cell division, growth, and signaling pathways. As a member of the MOB1/phocein family, MOBKL2A is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 19, a region known for high gene density and significant genetic diversity. This chromosome harbors over 1,400 genes and is associated with various important biological functions and diseases, including immunoglobulin superfamily members and genes linked to conditions such as Peutz-Jeghers syndrome and insulin-dependent diabetes.
