MLF2 Antibody (C-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects myeloid leukemia factor 2 (MLF2) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MLF2 is a crucial protein consisting of 248 amino acids, which is ubiquitously expressed across various tissues, including the testis, ovary, skeletal muscle, heart, kidney, and colon, while exhibiting lower expression levels in the spleen, thymus, and peripheral blood leukocytes. MLF2 plays a significant role in normal hematopoietic differentiation and is involved in the switching between erythroid and myeloid lineages, which is essential for the proper development of blood cells.
