MCM3 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MCM3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MCM3 (E-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The mini-chromosome maintenance (MCM) family of proteins, which includes MCM2, MCM3, MCM4, MCM5, MCM6, and MCM7, plays a crucial role in regulating DNA replication, ensuring that replication occurs only once per cell cycle.
