MBNL2 Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects MBNL2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MBNL2, a 367 amino acid protein, plays a crucial role in the regulation of pre-mRNA splicing, which is essential for proper gene expression and cellular function.
