    SEE ALSO...

Mammaglobin A Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Mammaglobin A of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Mammaglobin A (F-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Mammaglobin A, also known as MGB1 and secretoglobin, family 2A, member 2 (SCGB2A2), plays a crucial role in breast tissue development and breast cancer progression. Mammaglobin A is primarily located in mammary gland epithelial cell cytoplasm, where Mammaglobin A contributes to protein and lipid secretion for milk formation. Mammaglobin A expression in breast tissue serves as a reliable diagnostic marker for breast tumors, showing increased levels in malignant tissues. Mammaglobin A belongs to the secretoglobin family of small secreted proteins that form multimeric complexes involved in immune response and tissue remodeling. As a biomarker for breast cancer, anti-Mammaglobin A antibody (F-5) provides an essential tool for researchers and clinicians studying breast cancer and related conditions.
