mAChR M1 Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M1 (mAChR M1) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). mAChR M1 plays a crucial role in mediating various physiological responses, including modulation of neurotransmission and regulation of cognitive functions, making mAChR M1 a significant target for research in neuropharmacology and neurodegenerative diseases. mAChR M1 is primarily located in the central nervous system, particularly in areas associated with learning and memory, such as the hippocampus and cortex.
