    LRRC47 Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects LRRC47 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LRRC47 (F-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LRRC47 plays a crucial role in immune response, particularly in T cell activation and differentiation regulation, which is vital for maintaining immune homeostasis and preventing autoimmune diseases. By modulating signaling pathways involved in T cell responses, LRRC47 can influence various immune-related conditions, making LRRC47 an important target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, aberrations in LRRC47 expression have been linked to certain cancers, highlighting LRRC47′s potential as a biomarker for disease progression.
