LOXL4 Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects LOXL4 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LOXL4 (D-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Lysyl oxidase-like 4 (LOXL4) is a member of the lysyl oxidase family, which plays a crucial role in cross-linking collagen and elastin in the extracellular matrix, contributing to tissue integrity and elasticity. LOXL4 is primarily located in the extracellular space, where LOXL4 facilitates the formation of stable collagen and elastin networks, essential for maintaining the structural framework of tissues.
