LOX Antibody (F-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Lysyl oxidase (LOX) from mouse, rat, and human origins through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LOX (F-8) antibody is available in non-conjugated forms and conjugated versions including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Lysyl oxidase functions as an essential enzyme in the extracellular matrix, playing a critical role in collagen and elastin crosslinking to maintain structural integrity and mechanical properties of connective tissues.
